Arcadian Eligibility: You are considered ineligible if:

• You have been ranked in any state (excluding Wyoming and Alaska)
• You have been ranked in top 100 (why are you here?)
• You are not a resident of Colorado or you do not regularly compete in Colorado bracket
• City PRs are allowed, with very large cities as the exception (NYC)
